Rates are based on double occupancy.
There is a $60 charge for each additional person in the two-room suites.
There is a $40 charge when a party of two reserves both rooms in the two-room suites.
Children twelve and over are welcome, and no pets are allowed.
Check In Time is between 2:00pm and 6:00pm,
unless other arrangements were made in advance.
Check Out Time is 11:00 am.
All access is by reservation or appointment only (no walk-ins please).
For the health and safety of our guests and staff, only registered guests are permitted on the property.
There is a 10% Cancellation/Change fee. If you cancel or change your reservation within 10 days of your arrival date, we will refund your deposit (minus the 10% fee) ONLY if we can re-book the room for that same time frame.
Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July and August weekends require a three night minimum stay.
June and September weekends require a two night minimum stay.
If availability exists on the Thursday before the weekend requested, minimum night stays are waived, and there are no minimum requirements for mid-week.
2021 Quiet Season: January thru March and November thru December
2021 Mid Season: April 1 thru May 26 and Sept 6 thru October
2021 Inn Season: May 27 thru Sept 5
